One Man In Custody, Antoine Donta Newton, 37, After Deadly Shooting Outside “The Rose Gentlemen’s Club” in West Palm Beach

WEST PALM BEACH, FL – Deputies responded to a shooting at the Rose Gentlemen’s Club, formerly known as Flashdance, at 4400 block of Purdy Lane. Upon arrival deputies learned an altercation had just occurred resulting in several individuals being shot.

One suspect has been arrested, Antoine Donta Newton, 37, of Boynton Beach, who was charged with first degree murder and aggravated battery. Police say Newton was involved in the shooting but not necessarily the gunman. One male was pronounced dead on scene and two males were transported to a local hospital for treatment.

Detectives from the Violent Crimes Division are investigating further.
