WESTONM FL – Broward Sheriff’s Office detectives have released video of two subjects involved in multiple car burglaries in Weston. According to police, at approximately 2:41 a.m. Sunday, Jan. 12, home surveillance video captures two males trying to gain access to vehicles parked at a residence in The Islands community of Weston, located at Camellia Drive and Island Way. One of the male subjects appears to be wearing a red and blue hooded jacket with black shorts.
The two suspects are believed to have burglarized several unlocked vehicles within the community and are also wanted in connection with multiple car break-ins to unlocked vehicles in another nearby community. At around 2:30 a.m. Sunday, Jan. 19, multiple vehicles were also burglarized in the San Messina community located along Glades Parkway and San Messina Boulevard in Weston.
Detectives are asking anyone with information regarding these cases to contact Broward Sheriff’s Office Weston Detective Ashley Martinez at 954-389-2010. A reward of up to $3,000 is available for information that leads to an arrest.
