WATCH: Broward Detectives Release Surveillance Video of Man Chasing and Shooting Victim in Pompano Beach Shopping Plaza

According to police, security video depicts a male subject wearing all black approaching a victim at a shopping plaza and shoots at him multiple times, hitting him in the back of the head before leaving the scene. 

POMPANO BEACH, FL – Broward Sheriff’s Office violent crimes detectives are releasing surveillance video of a male subject chasing and shooting another male in Pompano Beach on Nov. 10, 2019.

According to police, at approximately 4:42 p.m. that Sunday, security video depicts a male subject wearing all black approaching the victim at a shopping plaza located at the corner of S. Dixie Highway and SW 3 Street. The victim is seen turning toward the subject and then running away in the opposite direction. The subject then pursues the victim and shoots at him multiple times, hitting him in the back of the head before leaving the scene. (https://hairrestore.com/)  Pompano Beach Fire Rescue transported the victim to Broward Health North where he was treated for his injuries and later released.
