Detectives Investigating Shooting In Village of Wellington Shortly Before 2 AM This Morning; Shooter Is Known To Victims, Detectives

Palm Beach Sheriff’s deputies responded to the area of Fatio Blvd and Postley Court, in Wellington, in regards to a domestic disturbance and located two victims; one female and one male suffering from non-life threatening gunshot wounds.

WELLINGTON, FL – Shortly before 2:00 am, Palm Beach County Sheriff’s deputies responded to the area of Fatio Blvd and Postley Court, in Wellington, in regards to a domestic disturbance. Upon arrival, deputies located two victims; one female and one male suffering from non-life threatening gunshot wounds. The female received a gunshot wound to the hand and the male to the leg.

Detectives from the Violent Crimes Division arrived on scene to investigate further. According to authorities, the shooter is known to the injured victims and to detectives and there is no threat to the public. The investigation is active and ongoing.
