WASHINGTON, D.C. – Bizarrely detailed notes instructing President Joe Biden on how to act and behave during a meeting on Thursday have found their way onto the internet, continuing to supply ammunition to critics that accuse the Commander-In-Chief of being a victim of mental decline.

The notes – which contained borderline comical instructions for the President such as “Enter the Roosevelt Room and say hello to participants” – were revealed during a meeting Biden engaged in with executives in the wind power industry.

At one point during the meeting, Biden, 79, inadvertently held up his instruction sheet and showed it to the room, allowing photographers to quickly snap shots of it that were quickly distributed on social media.

The cheat sheet was entitled “Offshore Wind Drop-By Sequence of Events” and included a series of bullet-pointed, step-by-step instructions for the President to follow, with specific words printed in all-capital letters to emphasize when they specifically referred to him.

“Enter the Roosevelt Room and say hello to participants,” the sheet says. “YOU take YOUR seat. YOU give brief comments (2 minutes). YOU ask Liz Shuler, President, AFL-CIO, a question. YOU thank participants. YOU depart.”

The instruction sheet quickly went viral, with some commentators – such as Newsmax TV host Greg Raymond Kelly – tweeting shock over the incredibly simple instructions that the President of the United States was being asked to follow.

“ON @JoeBiden’s Note Card-there are BASIC INSTRUCTIONS on what Joe is supposed to do,” he said. “1. Walk in room. 2. Sit Down. 3. Speak. 4. Ask question. Is he in NURSERY SCHOOL?”

Throughout his presidency, Biden has been accused of experiencing symptoms of mental decline. House Rep. Ronny Jackson (R-TX) had previously called for Biden to take a test to measure his cognitive abilities, with the former presidential physician insisting that Biden is “not fit to be our president.”

Jackson had previously been one of 38 Republican lawmakers who had signed a letter to Biden in February, expressing their concern with “your current cognitive state” and encouraging him to have his mental faculties evaluated.
