Former Teen Model Accuses Aerosmith’s Steven Tyler of Sexual Assault
On Thursday, a woman filed a lawsuit against Steven Tyler for sexual assault in a New York court.
According to court documents obtained by Fox News Digital, Jeanne Bellino, who is now 66 years old, has alleged that Tyler groped her without her consent in a New York City phone booth when she was 17 years old in 1975.
Bellino claims she met Tyler and the band through a friend after traveling to the city for a fashion show shortly after signing with a modeling agency. The incident occurred while Bellino, her friend, Tyler, and other bandmates walked down 6th Avenue.
As they strolled, Bellino reportedly commented on a song lyric to Tyler, which seemed to irritate the singer. In a shocking turn of events, Tyler allegedly grabbed Bellino and forced her into a phone booth. Within the phone booth, Tyler is accused of forcibly kissing Bellino, touching her inappropriately, and even simulating sexual acts.
Shockingly, those accompanying Tyler, as well as passersby, allegedly stood by, laughing and watching without intervening. The complaint further alleges that Tyler’s actions were explicit, with his erect penis rubbing against Bellino. Despite her efforts to break free, Tyler allegedly restrained her.
A representative for Steven Tyler has not yet responded to these allegations. This is not the first time Tyler has faced such accusations. Julia Misley previously sued him, claiming sexual assault, sexual battery, and intentional infliction of emotional distress.
Misley alleged that she met Tyler at a 1973 Aerosmith concert when she was just 16 years old. Tyler was 25 at the time. The lawsuit stated that he took her to his hotel room, where inappropriate acts occurred.
Tyler’s memoir, “Does the Noise in My Head Bother You?” includes passages where he mentioned having almost married a teen and taking her on tour. Misley claimed she was powerless to resist due to Tyler’s fame and financial power.
In response to Misley’s lawsuit, Tyler argued that their relationship was consensual and that he had immunity as her legal guardian at the time. The new allegations raise further concerns about Tyler’s behavior, adding to the ongoing discussion surrounding sexual misconduct in the entertainment industry.
