Appearing in federal court on Monday afternoon, Anderson faced charges of making an interstate threat and now awaits a detention hearing scheduled for Thursday.

If convicted, he could confront severe repercussions, including up to five years behind bars, followed by three years of supervised release, coupled with a substantial fine of up to $250,000, as outlined by federal prosecutors.
