This financial relief is exclusively earmarked for qualified individuals who have dutifully filed their 2021 taxes, according to information provided by BSc News Portal.

The IRS has specified that the stimulus check is aimed at legal taxpayers in the nation, with a keen focus on ensuring that only genuine beneficiaries receive this financial boost. 

The payment is expected to benefit a staggering 1.2 million households, providing much-needed relief to both homeowners and tenants alike. Notably, nearly 900,000 tenants will be eligible for a $450 payout, supplementing the financial assistance for a broad spectrum of individuals

The Income Tax Gujarat website underscores the government’s acknowledgment of concerns among homeowners and tenants regarding tax payments, prompting the launch of a time-limited relief fund.

To qualify for the stimulus check, homeowners must have an income of $150,000 or less, while those with incomes of $250,000 can anticipate a $1,000 stimulus check. It is essential to note that this $1,500 stimulus check is a one-time rebate, emphasizing its targeted nature.

For individuals who did not receive their rebate on January 10, the Income Tax Gujarat recommends an expedited application process through the IRS lead portal. Applicants, whether tenants or landlords, can access the portal and follow a provided link to enter valid information. 

Submission of relevant documents related to the property and lease may also be necessary.

In case applicants encounter any issues during the application process, a helpline is available at (877) 658-2972, providing assistance in registering their applications promptly. 

To ensure a seamless application process, individuals are reminded to double-check that all details and documents are accurate, in addition to having filed their tax returns for the respective fiscal year.
