OU Gymnastics Claims Third Consecutive Big 12 Title
Lead by star athletes, the Sooners scored five perfect 10s in the meet.Senior all-arounder Ragan Smith added a beam perfect 10 to her already stellar season.
An uncommon performance in collegiate gymnastics was junior all-arounder Jordan Bowers’ perfect 10s on vault, bars, and floor. Sophomore Faith Torrez’s first-career perfect 10 on the court solidified OU’s dominance.
Leading the all-arounders with 39.925, Bowers stood out. The Sooners have had the nation’s top scores this season. They broke their program score record against Alabama in March after a fantastic journey.
