Police: After hurling burning items towards the Arkansas State Capitol, a man was taken into custody.
After throwing burning items at the Capitol building on Sunday morning, according to State Capitol Police, a man has been taken into custody.
Chris Marshall-Miller, 31, was taken into custody around 1:30 a.m., according to the police, and he will likely be charged with criminal mischief.
Man Arrested After Throwing Lit Objects at the Arkansas State Capitol:
According to an arrest report, the building was not harmed, but a guy was seen on security footage igniting an item and hurling it at it.
Based on the arrest record, the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms will investigate to determine whether or not having a banned device justifies criminal charges.
Marshall-Miller’s court hearing is scheduled for July.
