4-Year-Old Abducted by Mother Found, Reunited with Family. Amber Alert Issued.

A 4-year-old child, who his mother allegedly took, was found several hours after an Amber Alert was issued for them on Sunday morning.

The Kitsap County Sheriff’s Office (KCSO) stated that the youngster was allegedly abducted by his mother in Bremerton, who is now in custody. “I don’t plan on leaving my son’s sight for a long time after this,” said Derek Templeton, Teddy’s father. Teddy and his family finally got the meaningful reunion they had hoped for after a terrifying few hours. Teddy’s mother picked him up from his grandparents’ residence at noon local time, according to KCSO. “Last night, she just crossed all lines. She didn’t even talk to us; she just went straight to the room,” Templeton said. According to the Washington State Patrol, the mother threatened to hurt herself and the child before locating the boy.
