According to police records, former star defence Terrell Suggs of the Baltimore Ravens was taken into custody on Tuesday in Scottsdale, Arizona, on suspicion of threatening and harassing someone as well as engaging in disorderly conduct with a firearm following an incident that occurred outside a Starbucks on March 10.

Terrell Suggs Arrested:

Assault charges were brought against former NFL linebacker Terrell Suggs late on Tuesday night in Arizona, the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office reported.
According to police records obtained by TMZ, Suggs allegedly displayed a pistol and threatened to kill a fellow customer at the drive-through at a Starbucks on March 10, which led to his arrest.
The scene started when Suggs drove by the speaker and collided with the car of a person waiting in line as he went into reverse.
The automobiles escaped unscathed, but there were two verbal altercations in which Suggs threatened to “kill your bitch ass.”

Suggs is said to have drawn a black revolver as he was backing away. According to the documents, “the handgun was just shown and was never pointed at the victim,” as reported by TMZ. The 41-year-old Suggs has been accused of one count each of assault and actions against public order, according to court papers.
Suggs was detained on Tuesday concerning an incident reported to The Post by the Scottsdale Police Department on March 10. According to a police spokeswoman, “He was booked in the MCSO Jail on charges of Threatening and Intimidating and Disorderly Conduct with a Weapon.”
Since then, Suggs has been freed, an MCSO jail official informed TMZ. Suggs gave ESPN an explanation of his version of events in a statement issued through EAG Sports.

“I was at a Starbucks drive-thru near my house in a calm part of Scottsdale in the middle of the day when something went wrong with a car behind me. Suggs remarked, “I wasn’t looking for any trouble; I was just getting coffee.” “Not knowing his intentions, I feared for my safety when the man in the other vehicle escalated the situation.” I was the one who felt threatened during the whole thing, worried about being followed home and concerned about my family’s safety close by at my house. According to ESPN, Suggs must surrender any firearms as a condition of his release.

Terrell Suggs Achivements:

Suggs, an Arizona State product and former first-round selection played in the NFL for 17 seasons between 2003 and 2019. The All-Pro linebacker earned two Super Bowl championships, first with the Ravens in 2013 and again with the Chiefs in 2019.
Suggs divided the 2019 season between the Cardinals and Chiefs after spending his first 16 seasons with Baltimore.
Suggs was a seven-time Pro Bowl player with 895 career tackles, 139 sacks, and seven interceptions. In 2003 and 2011, he was named NFL Defensive Player of the Year.
