Savannah Kriger Obituary – Savannah Kriger Cause Of Death
The 32-year-old Savannah Kriger was found dead in the early morning hours on March 18, along with her 3-year-old son Kaiden, at a West Side Park.
The Bexar County Medical Examiner’s Office confirmed that Savannah Kriger died by suicide. Kaiden’s death was ruled a homicide. The medical examiner said he died from a gunshot to the head.
Today, Bexar County Sheriff Chief Salazar provided a timeline of events that led to their deaths after tracking Savannah’s vehicle GPS and phone records.
The following incidents happened at different timelines, which are given below.
12:49 p.m. – Savannah leaves her work parking garage, located at the 200 block of Travis Park, in her 2023 Lincoln Aviator.
1:15 p.m. – The vehicle travels about 7.9 miles to her ex-husband’s house located on the southeast side of town. Savannah enters the house, seemingly alone, and destroys various properties in the residence. Phone tracking shows her ex-husband to be at his place of employment during this time.
1:24 p.m. – Savannah’s vehicle leaves her ex-husband’s home.
1:57 p.m. – Savannah’s car travels 27.2 miles to her palace of residence. Here, officers noticed things that made them pause, including wedding dresses and portraits displayed on the bed with two gunshots. The shell casing found in the residence matched the casing found at the crime scene where the bodies were found.
2:18 p.m. – Savannah leaves her residence.
2:32 p.m. – Savannah’s Lincoln Aviator arrives at Kaiden’s daycare, where a parking lot security video shows her officially checking Kaiden out of the facility.
2:42 p.m. – The Lincoln Aviator leaves Kaiden’s daycare.
2:46 p.m. – Savannah FaceTimes her ex-husband, who records the encounter on another phone. His phone’s GPS location at this time pins at his place of employment. Savannah leaves a 2-minute and 13-second Facetime message, clanging, “You don’t have anything to go home to now; you really don’t.
Several hours after the criminal mischief report was made, police began a search for Savannah and Kaiden. An initial search of the park proved unsuccessful due to nightfall, but the bodies of Savannah and Kaiden Kriger were ultimately found in Tom Slick Park 19 hours later, both suffering from apparent gunshot wounds.
