Houston police are investigating a shooting that began as a minor fender collision in north Houston. Three persons were shot, one of whom was an innocent bystander aged 16.
Police say two vehicles collided on West Rankin Road near Ella. Two men came out of their automobiles and began arguing. Both pulled out their pistols and shot each other. One person was struck several times and seriously injured. The other person was shot in the stomach. According to police, the adolescent bystander was standing at a neighboring taco vendor when he was shot in the back.
