Gurucharan Singh, the actor from Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah, caused quite a stir when he went missing last month. His worried parents filed a police complaint as he hadn’t returned home since April 22.

There were even reports of a kidnapping case being filed. However, after almost a month, Gurucharan Singh has returned home, as reported by India Today. Upon his arrival, he was questioned by officials, and he revealed that he had embarked on a religious journey, leaving behind his worldly life. According to the report, he visited several Gurudwaras in Amritsar and Ludhiana before realizing that he should return home. It was also discovered that he was a devotee of a sect known for meditation practices and had expressed interest in going to the Himalayas for meditation.

The controversy surrounding Gurucharan Singh’s disappearance began when he didn’t take his scheduled flight from Delhi to Mumbai. His phone remained active until April 24, and financial transactions were traced by the police. It was later revealed that he was facing financial issues and had outstanding loans. Gurucharan’s father expressed surprise at this revelation, as he had no knowledge of his son’s financial situation. He mentioned that if the police had found something, they would inform him. Gurucharan Singh gained fame for his portrayal of a happy-go-lucky character in the show.

I hope this helps clarify the situation surrounding Gurucharan Singh’s disappearance.
