‘GENERAL HOSPITAL’ ACTOR JOHNNY WACTOR SHOT & KILLED …Alleged Theft Gone Wrong
Johnny Wactor, a well-known actor recognized for his roles in numerous episodes of “General Hospital,” has tragically passed away. Reports from TMZ reveal that Wactor was fatally shot in downtown Los Angeles early Saturday morning. According to his mother Scarlett, Johnny and a coworker encountered three individuals tampering with his car.
Despite not resisting, Johnny was shot by the suspects before they fled the scene. Emergency services arrived at around 3 AM PT, but Johnny was pronounced dead upon reaching the hospital. Authorities have not yet disclosed details about the suspects, leaving Scarlett hopeful for a swift apprehension.
Wactor began his acting career in 2007 on the popular show “Army Wives” and continued to secure roles in various series over the next two decades, including notable appearances in “Westworld,” “The OA,” “NCIS,” “Station 19,” “Criminal Minds,” and “Hollywood Girl.”
Fans will fondly remember his portrayal of Brando Corbin on ‘GH,’ where he depicted the character married to Sasha Corbin, a drug addict, from 2020 until his departure from the show in 2022.
