Before their breakup, Carlo, a former child star, was romantically involved with Trina Candaza. Born in 2020, their daughter Enola Mithi is their child.
Though Charlie only confirmed their relationship during a TV guest appearance on a morning show in July 2023, rumours about Carlo and Charlie dating had been going around since December 2022.

Charlie Dizon
Before winning numerous acting honours, Charlie participated in the March 2018 Star Magic Circle.
Tony Labrusca and Donny Pangilinan were two of Charlie’s classmates.
Charlie disclosed in earlier interviews that she had not told her mother, Nida, that she planned to try out for Star Magic. Since no one in her family was an actor, she claimed that her mother wanted her to concentrate on her education. Charlie was enrolled in a college course on human resource management at the time.
Charlie was the recipient of a significant acting honour during the COVID-19 epidemic, having earned the Best Actress title at the 2020 Metro Manila Film Festival (MMFF) for her role in “Fan Girl.”

After a celebrity vlog revealed that Charlie was purportedly spotted donning a supposed engagement ring, Carlo responded to the rumours. Yesterday, June 9, the pair stunned everyone by getting married in a private resort in Silang, Cavite. They pushed their relationship to the next level.
