North Miami Beach Police Hunt for Woman Suspected of Multiple Thefts

NORTH MIAMI BEACH, Fla. – Authorities are on the lookout for a woman suspected of stealing numerous items from a residential building.

Security footage from the Gateway House Building North and South in North Miami Beach, dated June 26 and June 30, captures a recurring scenario. The woman is seen being dropped off by a BMW outside the buildings, after which she starts dialing random numbers until someone buzzes her in.

Once inside, she heads directly to the building’s storage room. Although she arrives empty-handed, she leaves carrying several bags full of stolen goods.

“She comes empty-handed and she has four bags full,” said building manager Julio Bajdaun, highlighting the scale of the thefts.

The stolen items are valued at thousands of dollars. Building management has reported the incidents to the police, who have identified the suspect and are actively searching for her. Detectives have confirmed that the woman seen in the video is the person they are pursuing.
