Ellen DeGeneres Cancels Four Stand-Up Shows

Ellen DeGeneres had to cancel four of her Ellen’s Last Stand comedy shows this week, which were initially part of her tour that started in June. The shows set for July and August in Dallas, San Francisco, Seattle, and Chicago were unfortunately canceled, as announced on the Ticketmaster website.

Ticketmaster shared a statement on the site informing ticket holders about the cancellations and assured them that refunds would be automatically processed to the original payment method within 14-21 days once funds are received from the Event Organizer.

DeGeneres’ representatives have not yet responded to The Hollywood Reporter for any comments regarding the cancellations.

With the exception of Dallas, where she had only one show scheduled, DeGeneres still plans to perform in San Francisco, Seattle, and Chicago as part of Ellen’s Last Stand comedy tour.

This tour marks her first touring show since the conclusion of her daytime talk show in 2022, following allegations of a toxic workplace in 2020. DeGeneres had previously announced her intention to release a final Netflix special before the end of the year, following the success of her 2018 Netflix special, Relatable, which was the first of a two-special deal with Netflix.
