Hialeah man, 36, accused of molesting disabled woman

Hialeah, Florida – Kevin Felipe Valiente, 36, faces charges for allegedly molesting a disabled woman on May 25. According to the Hialeah Police Department, Valiente is accused of lewd and lascivious molestation and exhibition on an elderly or disabled adult.

The 35-year-old victim, who uses a wheelchair and suffers from an illness, reported that Valiente entered her room, exposed himself, and touched her breasts without her consent. The victim stated that she pushed Valiente off her and that there was no penetration. Valiente was already in custody for a separate battery charge and is being held at the Metro West Detention Center pending a bond hearing.

According to the Hialeah Police Department, Valiente is accused of lewd and lascivious molestation and exhibition on an elderly or disabled adult.

The 35-year-old victim, who uses a wheelchair and suffers from an illness, reported that Valiente entered her room while she was asleep and woke her up to ask inappropriate questions. Despite her discomfort, Valiente allegedly exposed himself and touched her breasts without her consent.

The victim stated that she pushed Valiente off her and that there was no penetration. Valiente was already in custody for a separate battery charge and is being held at the Metro West Detention Center pending a bond hearing. The investigation is ongoing, and Valiente faces serious charges for his alleged actions.
