NORTH TOPSAIL, N.C. (WNCT) – Water Rescues and Ongoing Search for Missing Teen Keep North Topsail Crews Busy.

The Town of North Topsail confronted a difficult day on Thursday, managing a couple of water rescues. According to Town Manager Alice Derian, rescue groups effectively stored two individuals from the ocean.
