Raghav Chadha is an Indian politician and a member of the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP). Born on 11 November 1988, he is the youngest Member of Parliament, Rajya Sabha from Punjab. He was the former Vice Chairman of the Delhi Jal Board and MLA from the Rajendra Nagar assembly constituency in Detail till 2022.

Raghav Chadha Biography 

Born on November 11, 1988, hailed from New Delhi. Currently representing Punjab in the Rajya Sabha, he is a member and speaker of AAP. Raghav went to Modern Public School in Delhi and graduated from Delhi University. Since 2012, he has been with AAP; as per the media reports, he met Kejriwal during Anna Hazare’s movement in 2011, when Kejriwal asked him to help with the Delhi Lokpal Bill draft. He plays a key role in committees and media discussions for the party. Being the legal head of AAP, he handles important legal matters for the party and its leaders.

Raghav Chadha was one of the nine advisors selected by the AAP government in Delhi for different departments. After the cancellation of the appointments by the BJP-led Union government, he gained attention for returning the Rs 2.50 he had received as payment. In the 2020 Delhi Assembly election, Chadha contested from the Rajinder Nagar constituency as an AAP candidate and won.

34 years old, Raghav Chadha has a net worth of 50 lakhs as per his election affidavit on MyNeta.info. His movable assets are valued at around Rs. 37 lakhs. Additionally, he holds an insurance policy worth Rs. 52,839, savings total of Rs.14,57,806, and cash amounting to Rs.30,000. Besides these financial assets, Chadha owns about 90 grams of gold valued at around Rs.4.94 lakhs.

Raghav Chadha’s Personal Life

Raghav got engaged to actress Parineeti Chopra on 13 May 2023 at Kapurthala House in New Delhi. He married Parineeti on 24 September 2023 at  The Leela Palace, Udaipur, Rajasthan, in a traditional Hindu wedding ceremony. Chadha recently underwent vitrectomy surgery in London.

His party colleague, Saurabh Bharadwaj, mentioned that Raghav’s eyesight could have been at risk without the timely operation.
