Intoxication of Justin Timberlake in DWI arrest has been denied by lawyer

Attorneys for Justin Timberlake asserted that during the most recent court hearing, he was “not intoxicated.” Edward Burke Jr., Timberlake’s attorney, is said to have been before a court during the most recent hearing of the case, according to People magazine. Citing alleged signing errors by the arresting officer, the attorney requested that the case be dismissed.

It’s important to note that the former member of *NSYNC was taken into custody on June 18 after it was claimed that she drove drunk through Sag Harbor. Timberlake did not attend the most recent hearing because he is presently on his Forget Tomorrow World Tour in Europe. She must, however, participate electronically in the upcoming hearing on August 2.

Burke stated to WABC and other media sources during the hearing that “he was not intoxicated.” Again, let me reiterate. Justin Timberlake wasn’t under the influence. And we have every confidence that the criminal prosecution against them will be dropped.”

Furthermore, the lawyer stated, “The most important fact to know about this case is that Justin was not intoxicated and should not have been arrested for DWI,” in a statement obtained by CNN. In this case, the cops committed a number of grave mistakes.

“Justin values law enforcement and their vital role in society. He always worked cooperatively with the police and showed them the decency they deserved,” he continued.
