NASCAR Star Austin Dillon’s Wife Admits She Gets “Nervous” When He Races

Born on April 27, 1990, Austin Reed Dillon is an American stock car racing driver. He races full-time in the NASCAR Cup Series, driving the No. 3 Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 for Richard Childress Racing.

He is also the grandson of RCR team owner Richard Childress, the older brother of Ty Dillon, racing in the full-time NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series, and the son of Mike Dillon, a former racing driver working now as a general manager at RCR.

Originally, Dillon raced in Bandolero and Legends cars. One year later, he began racing on dirt at the school of dirt late model racer Dale McDowell. He further continued his passion and is now a renowned personality in this field.

Austin Dillon’s Personal Life

Austin and Whitney got acquainted in 2015, and they got engaged very soon, in the spring of the same year. The couple now has over five years of marriage under their belts and share two children: their son Ace and a recently born baby girl named Blaize, who was born in June, and a French Bulldog, which they named Gucci Girl.

Whitney was born in Soddy Daisy, a city in Tennessee on the outskirts of Chattanooga. She completed her college at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and there she was a cheerleader, she then cheered professionally for 4 years in the NFL.

Today, Whitney is the co-owner of a jewellery company called Shop the WM, a lifestyle blogger, who owns The BFF blog with her best friend Mariel Swan, a reality show participant, and most importantly a wife, and a mother.

The Dillon clan is frequently on the road attending games in support of Austin, while they dwell in North Carolina, which raised Austin. Whitney always cheers for  Austin; she admits that she still gets nervous every time he races. “I always get nervous. I’m like a high-energy person,” Whitney told Us in June 2022.

“My emotions are on, like, 50,000 at all times. So yes, I always get nervous and very excited. It’s an exciting sport and I love that we’re a part of it.”
