Four months after her unexpected death startled her fans, TikTok star Kyle Marisa Roth’s cause of death was made public. According to her autopsy report, her death was “natural.” The internet celebrity died from cardiac arrhythmia due to myocardial fibrosis, which is essentially an erratic heartbeat brought on by scarring on the heart muscle, according to fresh records that TMZ was able to get.

Her toxicology analysis revealed no evidence of alcohol consumption, but she did test positive for two common antihistamines: mitragynine, an alkaloid frequently used to treat pain, and diphenhydramine, which is marketed under the brand names Benadryl and others.

In recent months, there had been a lot of conjecture about Kyle’s death, particularly after it was discovered that her parents had made a welfare check following the viewing of an unsettling TikTok post. On social media, Kyle was most known for sharing celebrity sightings and industry rumors. It’s unclear, though, which particular post caused her family members to express worry. After Kyle’s parents hadn’t heard from her in a while, Annapolis Police Department went to her apartment in April, as TMZ previously reported, and found her dead.

Later, Kyle’s family members announced her death on social media. Lindsay, Kyle’s sister, informed followers that the cause of death was still unknown, which stoked more rumors regarding her demise. Lindsay said at the time that “i know she touched so many people with her humor, intelligence, beauty, gossip activism, athleticism and more – she had so many gifts.” Kylie was just 36 years old.
