LOS ANGELES (KABC) — Two missing siblings, aged 2 and 4, have been located after they were reportedly taken by their parents in South Los Angeles two weeks ago.

Wyman Bryant and his younger sister Willow were last seen on August 14, prompting an Amber Alert issued by the California Highway Patrol. Authorities announced on Friday that the siblings have been found, and the Amber Alert has been deactivated. The children’s parents have also been taken into custody.

Details on the circumstances of the children’s recovery are not yet available. Tiffany Bryant, 39, and David James, 53, are accused of taking the children during a supervised visit with the Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS).

Nina Glass, director of a Texas-based nonprofit that assisted in the search, reported that Bryant and James exited through an emergency exit with Wyman and Willow, leaving behind their 15-month-old child. The children had been placed with a foster family after the baby tested positive for drugs at birth.

This incident marks the second time the couple has taken their children. The first occurred last summer, and the children were found two months later. They had been granted visitation rights following that incident.

Authorities had believed the couple was traveling in a champagne-colored Buick Enclave SUV with paper plates.
