After death of a 8-year-old in Hamilton incident, a man got arrested

Following complaints of a “violent altercation,” police were called to a property in the Bader neighborhood at 5:20 p.m. on Sunday. The eight-year-old boy who was in critical condition was among the three individuals who were rushed to the hospital. Later on, the boy’s wounds claimed his life. Following his arrest at the scene, the 37-year-old showed up in court today wearing a blue jumpsuit and folding his arms.

The man was standing in the dock and some individuals were being asked to leave the courtroom. The public gallery could hear the man swearing and crying. The defendant has suppressed their identity and has not entered a plea to the murder accusation. He was remanded to appear on September 17 in Hamilton’s High Court. Prior to this, at around 5:20 p.m. on Sunday, emergency personnel were called to the scene in Anthony Crescent, Bader.

Two adults, one gravely injured and the other moderately injured, were brought to Waikato Hospital with the initial diagnosis of the kid being critically injured.
