Bodybuilder Illia Yefimchyk dead at 36
Numerous sources state that Illia Yefimchyk, a bodybuilder from Belarus known as the “world’s most monstrous bodybuilder,” passed away. It was 1936 for him. Yefimchyk passed away. His passing was also confirmed by the YouTube channel “Nick’s Strength and Power” and the bodybuilding Instagram account @whoisthebestbb. It was reported earlier this month that he had a heart attack.
Illia Yefimchyk, a 36-year-old Belarusian bodybuilder known as the “world’s most monstrous bodybuilder,” passed away following a heart attack. (West to East). His wife, Anna, told Belarusian media, “I prayed all this time, hoping that Illia would recover,” as reported by The Daily Mail. “I stayed by his side every day in the hopes that his heart would beat again, and after two days, the doctor informed me that his brain had gone.
“I appreciate the condolences from everyone. Realizing that I am not alone in this world and that so many individuals have offered to support and aid me makes me feel really warm and fuzzy.”
In 2020, Yefimchyk told Muscular Development that he attempted to follow in Arnold Schwarzenegger’s footsteps when bodybuilding. Considering the amount of effort he put in to get his size and strength, he deserved the title of “world’s most monstrous bodybuilder.” According to Muscle & Fitness, he was 340 pounds and 6 feet tall. He could bench press 600 pounds, deadlift 700 pounds, and squat 700 pounds. In 2022, Yefimchyk shared a video about his diet in an attempt to gain muscle mass. He used to consume roughly 15,000 calories a day.
