The Fly Who Flew to Space, a new children’s book by Lauren Sanchez, had its launch party recently, and Kim Kardashian stole the show with her fluffy attire.

The 43-year-old creator of Skims was pictured standing with her family and friends while donning a strapless Alexander Wang corset top that was adorned in short, black faux fur. Kim made sure her top was the center of attention by styling her own hair in a sleek, back hairstyle and wearing the statement piece with straightforward, form-fitting capri leggings. She applied her typical bronze makeup and finished the look with a light brown lip.

The “American Horror Story” actress’ outfit stood out from other guests’ more avant-garde choices at the low-key celebration. For example, Kris Jenner wore a red, short-sleeved shirtdress, and Khloé dressed down for the event in a white skirt suit with stripes. Sanchez’s attire, which included a gray mock neck dress with ribs that was ideal for the carefree outdoor event, was also appropriate for a more relaxed get-together.
