MIAMI: The president of the Turnberry, Gregori Arzumanov, 62, of the Green condominiums in Aventura, has been detained and accused of stealing properties and cash worth over $1.5 million from the condominium association. Several charges have been brought against Arzumanov, including grand theft, money laundering, organized crime, racketeering, and credit card fraud. More than $1.5 million has been embezzled by him since 2017, according to allegations presented by Miami-Dade State Attorney Katherine Fernandez Rundle.
