Missing Person Alert: Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office Seeks Help Finding 68-Year-Old Man with Dementia

Jacksonville, Fla. — The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office (JSO) is urgently requesting assistance from the public in locating Guy Andre St. Phard, a 68-year-old man suffering from dementia. Family members have reported that Mr. St. Phard went missing from the Westside area of Jacksonville, prompting concern for his safety.

Described as a 5’5”, 165-pound Black man, Mr. St. Phard has brown or “salt and pepper” hair. At the time of his disappearance, he was last seen wearing a pink long-sleeve shirt, a pink tie, and black pants.

Given his condition, the JSO emphasizes the importance of finding Mr. St. Phard as quickly as possible. Family members are worried about his well-being and are urging anyone who may have seen him or has information about his whereabouts to come forward.
