State Police Seek Public’s Help in Locating Missing 81-Year-Old Haddam Man

HADDAM, Conn. (WFSB) – Connecticut State Police are asking for assistance in locating an 81-year-old man, Norman Manning, who has been missing since Sunday.

Manning, a resident of Haddam, was last seen wearing a white shirt, black pants, and glasses. Described as a white male with white hair and hazel eyes, Manning stands at five feet, eight inches tall. Authorities are concerned for his safety and are urging anyone with information on his whereabouts to come forward.

The state police have issued a public alert and are encouraging residents in the area to remain vigilant. If you have seen Manning or have any information that could assist in locating him, please contact State Police Troop F at 860-399-2100.

The community is urged to share this information to help spread awareness and expedite the search for Manning.
