Flaming Lips band member Steve Drozd’s teenage daughter, Charlotte “Bowie” Drozd, has been found safe after going missing in Seattle.

Seattle police confirmed on Tuesday that 16-year-old Charlotte was located and is now reunited with her family. She had been missing since Saturday, Oct. 5, when she was last seen around 11:30 a.m. near Broad Street, close to the Space Needle and Seattle Monorail.

The police had shared a missing person alert on Sunday, which prompted an outpouring of support. Before the official announcement, Katy Coyne, wife of Flaming Lips frontman Wayne Coyne, posted on Instagram that Charlotte had been found safe just outside of Seattle. Wayne Coyne also shared the news on Instagram, expressing his gratitude, saying, “Yessssss…she’s found and is safe.. her mother has spoken with her.”

The family thanked everyone for their support, with Wayne adding, “THANK YOU everyone for all your posts, networking, support, and LOVE!”
