A 49-year-old man is accused of sexually abusing at least two women following cosmetic surgery at his post-operative recovery home in southwest Miami-Dade. Alberto Arias Vidal was taken into custody by police on Wednesday. According to the authorities, he ran Surgery Recovery House LLC from a residence located in the Princeton neighborhood at 11461 SW 226th Terrace.

The victims claimed police they paid Vidal to “provide clinical care and lymphatic massages,” according to Miami-Dade Police Department arrest files. However, according to investigators, Vidal “was neither a licensed medical provider nor licensed to perform lymphatic massages.” According to a report, the first victim informed police that Vidal “digitally penetrated her vagina against her will on June 21 while he was giving her a lymphatic massage.”

When they interviewed the second woman as a witness to the crime, they learned that she was also a victim. She said that Vidal “fondled her clitoris and then digitally penetrated her vagina against her will” during a massage on June 22. Vidal refuted the victims’ accusations and denied knowing the first victim, according to authorities after they captured him on Wednesday. Vidal faces two charges of sexual battery after a court on Thursday determined there was probable reason to do so. On a $15,000 bond, he was being held at the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center as of Thursday afternoon.
