Susie Wiles, one of the two crucial campaign managers who helped Donald Trump win the election, was named White House chief of staff by President-elect Trump on Thursday. As the first woman to hold this position, Wiles will create history. As Trump gets ready to return to the White House on January 20, this appointment is the first of many anticipated staffing announcements.
Her selection was confirmed by JD Vance, the US vice president-elect. “The 45th and 47th President of the United States of America Donald J. Trump announced today that Susan Summerall Wiles, the winning Campaign Manager for President Trump’s highly successful 2024 Campaign for President, will be named President Trump’s White House Chief of Staff,” Vance wrote in an article on X.

Wiles displayed remarkable skill in controlling Trump’s conduct during the campaign by earning her esteem and proving the advantages of heeding her advice rather than disobeying it. “Susie is admired and revered by everyone because she is tough, intelligent, and creative. In a statement, Trump declared, “Susie will keep working tirelessly to Make America Great Again. Being the first female chief of staff in American history is a well-earned accomplishment for Susie. She will undoubtedly bring honor to our nation,” he continued.
