According to Batavia Police, an incident in March at the Batavia Downs casino led to serious charges against 33-year-old Michael Elmore and 39-year-old Lyndsey Jean Wilcox.
Authorities report that Sgt. Thomas Sanfratello escorted the pair out of the casino due to disruptive behavior. However, after being removed, Elmore allegedly returned armed with a metal chain, which he used to strike Sgt. Sanfratello on the head.
