According to court documents cited by ABC 7, Tamayo-Torres uploaded Facebook videos over recent months, including one where he held an AR-15-style rifle with a 30-round magazine. Court filings referred to Trump as “individual 1,” a term often used for high-profile figures, without explicitly naming him.

Explicit Threats and False Claims

In a video posted last Thursday, Tamayo-Torres stated, “(Individual 1), you’re going to die. Your son’s going to die. Your whole family is going to die. This is reality now for you.” He also accused “Individual 1” of kidnapping and sex-trafficking his children, though it remains unclear if he has children. Another video was filmed on August 23 near Desert Diamond Arena in Glendale, Arizona, the same day Trump held a campaign rally at the venue.

Charges and Investigation

Tamayo-Torres faces a felony charge for threatening the president-elect, along with four counts of providing false information during firearm purchases.
