Some Social Security recipients are enjoying an early financial boost this Black Friday. Supplemental Security Income (SSI) payments, typically distributed on the first of each month, were sent out early on November 29 due to December 1 falling on a weekend.

Early SSI Payments for November

Maximum payments are $943 for individuals and $1,415 for couples, as per the Social Security Administration (SSA). Social Security Benefits to Increase in January

Starting in January, Social Security payments will increase by 2.5%, providing recipients with an average monthly boost of $50. This adjustment reflects efforts to help recipients manage rising living costs and improve financial stability.
