Second Suspect Caught in Tragic Killing of 13-Year-Old Boy—Shocking New Details Emerge
A second individual has been taken into custody in relation to the August shooting death of a 13-year-old child. Albuquerque police detained Thomas Acee on Thursday.
Acee is accused of murder in connection with Michael Tubb’s passing. Acee is charged with shooting at a vehicle on August 18th, close to 4th Street SW and Atlantic Avenue SW, an APD official said.
That car, in which Tubb was a passenger, ultimately wrecked close to Gold Avenue SW and 5th Street SW. At the scene, he was declared dead. Because of his involvement in the event, Michael Flores was placed under arrest back in October.
Acee is also accused of tampering with evidence, aggravated violence with a dangerous weapon, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, and shooting at or from a motor vehicle, causing grave bodily harm, in addition to the murder accusation.
