Country music star Luke Bryan spotted shopping, snapping selfies at this Florida Publix

Luke Bryan was photographed in the Islands Crossings Shopping Center store at 11750 S.E. Federal Highway on Saturday, surprising people in a Publix in Hobe Sound.

Selfies that the award-winning country music musician took with Publix employees were shared on social media. The country musician Susi Anzai Aquino was bagging his groceries when the clerk, Rosemarie Brennan, recognized him.

Aquino informed TCPalm that he was shopping for groceries in preparation for a Bahamas vacation. He “was doing a large order” for bread, wine, and steak, she claimed.

According to Walton County public records, Bryan sold his house in Santa Rosa Beach on August 27 for $11.5 million, although TCPalm is unsure of why he was in town or if he still owns a residence in Florida.

Just north of Jupiter Island, a small, wealthy barrier-island enclave that spans Martin and Palm Beach counties and is home to numerous well-known sports and celebrities, lies the Publix shop.

Are Luke Bryan and Jason Aldean friends?

Country musician Jason Aldean, who owns a home on Martin County’s Hutchinson Island, has been a longtime friend of Bryan’s. Brittany Aldean shared a photo of the two together on Instagram on Election Day. In 2022, the Aldeans purchased their house in the Stuart neighborhood, and in 2023, they purchased the property next door.

Bryan has already been spotted in the Treasure Coast. He raised $500,000 for Bak Middle School of the Arts and Dreyfoos School of the Arts, two Palm Beach County arts high schools, in 2023 by hosting a private benefit concert in Martin County.

Between Jupiter Pointe Marina and Tiki 52, on State Road A1A, just north of Tequesta, he played a concert by the Indian River Lagoon.
