A delivery driver is accused of returning to a Florida motel where a couple was staying and attacking a woman over dissatisfaction with a $2 tip, authorities revealed. The incident, which unfolded earlier this week, has left the community in shock.

Brianna Alvelo, 22, faces multiple charges, including attempted murder, home invasion with a firearm, kidnapping, and aggravated assault, as per court records. Authorities are still working to identify a male accomplice who was allegedly involved in the attack.

The victim, her boyfriend, and her 5-year-old daughter had checked into a motel in Kissimmee to celebrate a birthday. On Sunday, they placed a pizza order from Marcoโ€™s Pizza, setting the stage for the horrifying sequence of events detailed in an affidavit filed in Alveloโ€™s case. According to the affidavit, based on the womanโ€™s account to the Osceola County Sheriffโ€™s Office, the conflict began during the delivery.

Alvelo delivered the pizza, which cost around $33, and was asked to provide change for a $50 bill. Unable to do so, the woman everyone gave Alvelo a $2 tip, authorities said.

Later that evening, the woman heard loud knocking at the motel room door. When she opened it, a masked man and woman dressed entirely in black forced their way into the room, the affidavit stated.
