The first crash, reported as a rollover, occurred near University Drive in Plantation. Debris from the vehicle remained scattered on the sidewalk into Wednesday, signaling the severity of the incident.

Local resident Jenny Bailey recounted the chaotic scene:

“I heard a skrrt, boom, boom, boom,” she said, describing the loud noises that caught her attention while walking her dog.

Bailey initially thought the vehicle had struck her adjacent fence. However, upon closer inspection, she discovered the vehicle flipped over on the roadway.
