What lies ahead? You don’t have to guess. Visit the South Florida Fairgrounds at any time between January 17 and February 2 to explore the opportunities offered by the 2025 South Florida Fair, which has as its theme “Imagine the Future.” The Expo East building’s 15 interactive “Science Fiction, Science Future” exhibits serve as the theme’s focal point. These exhibitions, created by Imagine and designed by Scitech of Perth, Australia, will let visitors move items with their thoughts, become invisible, be imitated by lifelike robots, experience augmented reality in action, and more.
The Flying Royals trapeze show, a Foods of the Future tour, two nights of electronic dance music, and other innovative attractions will also be showcased. Hypnotist Brad Matchett, the Tribute Band Competition, a drumline competition (judged by Palm Beach Post culinary writer Diana Biederman), and the Cowboy and Cowgirl Circus acts are among the entertaining events that are returning this year. With more than 200 rides, games, and attractions, this year’s fair will more than satisfy your craving for speed or a thrill. The Super Himalaya, Kraken, and Candyland Adventure Fun House are among of the latest rides. This year’s South Florida Fair will have a brand-new ride called the Super Himalaya that promises to be an exhilarating experience.
Additionally, there will be a historic Yesteryear Village, award-winning livestock and agriculture programs with over 2,000 exhibits from almost 500 exhibitors from over 30 Florida counties, There are four entertainment stages with live bands like The Beatle Maniacs, Red Not Chili Peppers, Spred the Dub, N2Nation, Yaupon Holly, Joe Reid, and Heartland, as well as daily parades and “Sci-Fi on Ice” skating performances. Take your taste buds on Mr. Toad’s Wild voyage, where dozens of merchants race to outdo each other with inventive yet delectable creations, once you’ve prepared yourself for a wild voyage of sights, sounds, and ideas.

Note: All visitors under the age of eighteen must be escorted into the fair by an adult guardian who is at least 21 years old and has identification on Fridays and Saturdays after 7 p.m. Four minors per guardian is the maximum. Visitors between the ages of 11 and 17 must purchase admission and a ride wristband in order to enter.
