Eligibility is based on yearly household income, with the maximum monthly income determined by the number of persons living in the same family. For example, if just one person lives in the family, the maximum income is $30,000 until 2025; if two people reside in the household, it climbs to $40,000; if three people live in the household, it is $50,000; and if four or more people live in the household, the limit is $60,000.
