Workplace Shooting Near Royal Palm Beach Ends in Tragedy, Suspect Arrested

Two days following a workplace shooting in Palm Beach County, one of the victims has succumbed to their injuries, and the alleged shooter is now facing charges.

A workplace shooting in Palm Beach County has left one victim dead, and the suspected shooter has been arrested and charged. The incident occurred near Royal Palm Beach at the 9000 block of Belvedere Road, where law enforcement responded to reports of a shooting. Upon arrival, deputies discovered two men: one suffering from a gunshot wound and another with a graze wound. Emergency medical teams, including Palm Beach County Fire Rescue, quickly transported the injured victims to local hospitalsโ€”one by helicopter and the other by ambulance.

Despite efforts to save the victim with the more severe injury, the Palm Beach County Sheriffโ€™s Office (PBSO) confirmed on Sunday that the victim with the gunshot wound had tragically passed away. The identity of the deceased has not yet been released to the public.
