Kristen Doute Slams Lisa Vanderpump for “Enabling” James Kennedy After Domestic Violence Arrest

Kristen Doute is calling out Lisa Vanderpump, labeling her “diabolical” for allegedly enabling James Kennedy’s abusive behavior following his recent domestic violence arrest.

On Thursday, Vanderpump, 64, addressed the situation in an interview with Us Weekly, revealing that she had spoken at length with Kennedy and his now ex-girlfriend, Ally Lewber, about the alleged altercation. Defending Kennedy, Vanderpump claimed that he “never hurts her” and that the incident escalated due to both parties drinking.

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum described herself as a “matriarch figure” to Kennedy and downplayed the altercation, insisting that it was a mutual argument that led to a neighbor calling the police. She further alleged that Lewber told authorities, “Oh yes, take him away. It’ll teach him a lesson,” but later regretted how the situation unfolded.

Doute, a former Vanderpump Rules star, has been vocal about her past experiences with Kennedy, whom she previously accused of toxic behavior. Her latest criticism of Vanderpump suggests she believes the restaurant mogul is protecting Kennedy rather than holding him accountable.

As the controversy unfolds, neither Kennedy nor Lewber have publicly addressed the allegations in detail.
