Miami-Dade offers spring break camps for kids in March for $45
For the final week of March, Miami-Dade County would like to promote spring break camps for kids at a number of parks. Children aged 6 to 14 are welcome to attend the Fit2Play Spring Break Camps, which will take place from 7:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. on March 24–28. Although these camps are the most economical, there are alternative possibilities offered by institutions such as the Deering Estate and Zoo Miami. Here are some things to be aware of.
What is the cost of the Fit2Play Spring Break Camps?
The cost is $45 for the full week, plus a $15 registration fee. According to the county, siblings are entitled to a 10% discount.
What sort of activities are offered at the camps?
In short, a little bit of everything, including indoor and outdoor activities, arts and crafts, exploring and educational excursions. “Our Fit2Play holiday breaks consist of SPARK, Social Emotional Learning, Nutrition Education, Sports, Arts & Culture and much more,” the county says.
