Dania Beach Man Stalks TWO Women in a Week—His Excuse Will Shock You!

DANIA BEACH, FL – A Dania Beach man has been arrested twice in just over a week on stalking charges, both times involving female neighbors. The alarming back-to-back incidents have left residents on edge and questioning how someone could be released so quickly after an initial arrest.

First Arrest: A Troubling Encounter

The trouble began on February 28, 2025, when a woman living on Northwest 14th Way called the police after her neighbor, 44-year-old Qwintis Terrell Lee, knocked on her front door and then on her back window. She told officers she had experienced disturbing interactions with him before, including unwanted advances and inappropriate gestures like blowing kisses.

When confronted by police, Lee claimed he and the woman had a romantic relationship, though she firmly denied it. He admitted to trespassing by jumping her fence and knocking on her window.

As officers attempted to arrest him, Lee suddenly took off, leading to a brief foot chase before being caught. He was charged with stalking, trespassing, and resisting arrest without violence. After spending a short time in jail, he was released on bond on March 2.

Second Arrest: Another Woman Targeted

Just six days after being released, Lee was arrested again—this time for stalking a different female neighbor. On March 8, he allegedly left a handwritten note near her door, expressing romantic interest. The note read:

“Look, I really like you. But please don’t cross me or hurt me, that’s all I ask of you is your loyalty then we’ll it from there and get to know each other.”

The woman, frightened by his advances, reported him to authorities. She also provided doorbell camera footage showing Lee exposing himself and masturbating in his backyard while looking toward her home.

Another note was later discovered, written in Spanish, urging her to call him.

Pattern of Harassment

The arrest report states that Lee has exhibited a clear pattern of harassment toward women in his neighborhood. Both victims said they no longer feel safe in their own homes—one even opted to stay elsewhere to avoid further encounters.

When questioned, Lee insisted the women were flirting with him and that he was simply pursuing relationships.

His Criminal History & Current Charges

This isn’t Lee’s first run-in with the law. He has a long criminal history, including:

  • Nearly nine years in prison for robbery and grand theft auto in 1999.
  • Another five-and-a-half-year sentence in 2009 for assaulting a law enforcement officer and throwing a missile.

After his second stalking arrest, Lee was booked into jail again and appeared in court, where his bond was set at $15,000.

Community Concerns

These back-to-back arrests have rattled Dania Beach residents, raising concerns about how quickly Lee was released after the first incident. Many are questioning whether the current legal system does enough to protect stalking victims.

Authorities are urging anyone who feels unsafe due to harassment or stalking to report incidents immediately and take precautions to protect themselves.
