Dad Forces 11-Year-Old Daughter Into Crime Spree: Shocking Home Invasion Details
In a deeply disturbing case, prosecutors allege that a father involved his 11-year-old daughter in a violent home invasion and car theft, raising alarm among child welfare advocates and law enforcement alike.

According to court documents and statements made during a preliminary hearing, the man, whose name has not yet been released to protect the identity of the child, allegedly “forced” his daughter to participate in the criminal act, using her presence to help facilitate entry and evade suspicion.
Authorities say the father and daughter duo broke into a home late last week. Once inside, he allegedly stole several valuables and forced the child to assist in the burglary. The pair then reportedly fled in a stolen vehicle, triggering a multi-agency investigation.
Law enforcement officers later apprehended the suspect following a short pursuit, during which the child was found in the passenger seat. Officers described the child as frightened and confused but physically unharmed. She is now in the care of Child Protective Services.
During Monday’s court hearing, prosecutors painted a grim picture of the father’s actions, arguing that he not only committed a felony but did so by exploiting the trust and innocence of his daughter. He now faces a long list of charges, including:
-
Home invasion
-
Grand Theft Auto
-
Endangering the welfare of a child
-
Contributing to the delinquency of a minor
The presiding judge ordered the father to be held without bail, citing the severity of the charges and the emotional trauma inflicted on the child.
Officials say the investigation is ongoing and more charges could be added. In the meantime, social workers and legal advocates are working to provide the girl with emotional support and stability.
