Still Waiting on Your SNAP Payment? Florida’s June 2025 Schedule Might Surprise You
If you’re a Florida resident relying on SNAP benefits to help keep food on the table, you’re not alone—and you’re probably keeping a close eye on your EBT balance this month. While some folks have already received their June benefits, many others are still waiting, especially those scheduled to get paid during the third or fourth week of the month.
So if your balance hasn’t changed yet, don’t panic. Here’s what’s really going on—and when you can expect your payment to hit.
Why Some People Get Paid Later in the Month
Florida doesn’t send out all SNAP benefits on the same day. Instead, payments are spread out from June 1 through June 28, based on part of your case number (specifically, the 9th and 10th digits, but only the 9th one is used after dropping the 10th).
This system helps avoid technical overload and long lines at stores, but it also means that your payment date might fall mid-month or even later—and that’s totally normal.
If your number falls toward the end of the cycle, you’ll probably get your funds sometime between June 15 and June 28. That’s right in the heart of the third and fourth weeks of June.

Is There a Problem If You Haven’t Been Paid Yet?
Not at all. It’s easy to worry when your balance is low and there’s no deposit yet—but the truth is, thousands of people in Florida are in the same boat this month.
If you’re in the group scheduled for a later date, your payment is on its way. You haven’t been forgotten.
And if you’re still unsure, you can always check your payment status using:
-
Your ACCESS Florida account
-
The EBT Edge website or mobile app
-
Or by calling the Florida Department of Children and Families (DCF) directly
How Much Can You Expect?
The amount you get depends on your household size and financial situation. Here’s a rough idea:
-
A single person might receive up to $291
-
A family of four could receive as much as $975
These benefits are a lifeline for many families, especially as grocery prices continue to be a challenge.
If You’re Waiting, You’re Not Alone
If you haven’t seen your SNAP Florida payment yet for June 2025, it doesn’t mean there’s a problem. It just means your case number puts you in the mid-to-late June payment window, which runs through the 28th.
While waiting is never easy—especially when money is tight—rest assured: help is coming.
